The Vaisala temperature probe TMP1 is designed for temperature measurement in demanding industrial applications, such as the pharmaceutical industry and calibration laboratories, where accuracy and reliability are critical. The TMP1 is an integral part of the Indigo series and is compatible with the Indigo500 and Indigo200 host devices.

Flexible connection

The probe is plug and play and compatible with the Vysala Indigo? series transmitters. Or it can stand alone as a digital transmitter based on the RS-485 serial bus Modbus RTU protocol.

Indigo host devices offer a variety of connectivity options through analog or digital outputs, configurable relays, and wireless (WLAN) configured interfaces.

Relative humidity measurement in high humidity environment

When the TMP1 probe and the HMP7 probe are connected to a control system at the same time, by measuring the process temperature of the actual process with TMP1, HMP7 can measure the relative humidity under the condition of the probe heating, and finally get the real relative humidity becomes possible.
